Weekly Goals #3
So we ran into some technical difficulties last week a-la my incompetency with UV mapping (something I'm working on, as of now), so I'm focusing on a few other things to get done this week while also finishing up the UVs and getting them substance ready and functional.
First of all, I want to finish the high poly sculpt of Cain and import it into Maya to begin retopologizing it. Once thats complete, I'll begin texturing him in Substance Painter and get him import ready.
In addition I want to focus on some in-engine game clean up based on some of the feedback I've received thus far, such as decluttering certain areas of the map, double checking to make sure all objects have the appropriate colliders, and also finish up implementing the bare-bones mechanics with the "fairy lights."
